Upon completion of a three and a half year personal trans-continental exploration subsisting on the sale and trade of my work, I attended the University of Washington studying art history, graphic design and printmaking. Since college I have been deeply affected by my son's diagnosis on the autism spectrum disorder. My current reflections reference my life, emotional travails of the heart and a constant fascination for the world around me. With the use of collage, a combination of printmaking, drawing and sewing I visualize thoughts and progressions related to my current existence, attempting to communicate an internal dialogue as yet unspoken.
